Looking in the documentation of Brightcove player, its possible to convert the "In-Page" player version to the iframe version and generate the src attribute using the attributes inside the <video> element.
In any case you should at least make them into iframe since all the necessary data is presented in the source. The rest depends on Telegram if they will support these kind of video players.
If you look at my template and check the src attribute of the unsupported videos and open it in your browser it will load the video and work just fine.
Mark any unsupported essential content using the @unsupported function.
