This should be pull quote, not blockquote. The difference is pull quote is excerpt from presented text, but blockquote - from external source

- It's actually a pull blockquote. I looked up the page, and it has a pull quote being placed in a block. So it's a pull blockquote, or a block "pull quote" (in any way you want to call it).
I think what we have in the preview is a pretty good representative of a pull blockquote.
