This images present in the source just like any other image. They don't have any special class or tag.
The only way to detect them - by src attr.

BUT their source changes from article to article. And you can never detect all possible cases.
So it is better to leave it is.

It looks absolutly OK in Telegram app. I don't think it is an issue.
