Same thing as about the org logos (https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/theoryandpractice.ru/template4/issue2/). I believe that the link and the basic info about the lecturer is enough and the photo is not an essential piece of content.

This is probably more arguable than the case of logos, so let the moderators decide whether it's a valid issue or not.
