Dates are added and removed dynamically, there would be no dates for older articles.

Date is essential information about the event, the page has no sense without it. It's more obvious on pages with ongoing events. See: https://theoryandpractice.ru/courses/35172-internet-veshchey-kurs-mgu If you think the page contains too much dynamic content, it's acceptable to not generate an IV for event pages
