That's official acceptable name, because The Portugal News is the famous Portugese newspaper and here it's online version.

1) The site seems to have been redesigned - at the time creating the template, the site_name was correct.

2) When scrolling a little bit down, you'll see https://imgur.com/a/fjAUGjg - so there are two logos visible to a user.

Changing the site_name could be done when you need to resubmit.
