The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Since my previous issue was rejected for some reason without any comment about the same issue, I hope this won't be.

This should not happen here, there's nothing 'nested' here on the site, all other templates are working fine with this.

Generally, it would depend on what the specific error is in relation to nesting.

In this case, this is a legitimate issue (<img> in <p>).
