- I just checked my cached template, there's no such ads. As far as I remember, they could have changed the site design recently, if the ads are added later after the contest is closed, it would be unfair to reject my template.

- Indeed, according to the web archive, the site didn't use this formatting at the time when the contest was active (https://web.archive.org/web/20170522082201/thestandard.com.hk/breaking-news.php?id=89633). You are right, accepting this as an issue would not be fair. Sorry for this mistake, the template is now restored.
