Wrong timezone. The <time> element I marked provides a reliably identifiable datetime attribute, and here it has a timezone of +2 UTC, which means it should actually be 08:47 instead of 09:47.

Take a look: "datePublished": "2017-10-20T10:47+0100"
UTC+1 time zone is specified here, which is the actual time zone in Germany.
So, 09:47 is the correct time.
