It should be a part of description. Better to merge 1'st & 2'nd paragraphs in this case: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/timpul.md/template11/issue1/

- Nope. My code selects the paragraph that is the full version of the text in //meta[@property="og:description"]
You can see in the meta its cut, my code retrieved the full version of that text from the article.
So merging first and second paragraph is not right and makes no sense. Even the writer didn't add the first paragraph to "og:description".
admin said better to merge them if its not proper description which in this case its the best. S/He also said you **might** want to merge them if the 1st <p> is like heading. So again my description is the best.
