Wrong date.

- I believe this is correct. The date I'm passing to the IV is a complete ISO date with the timezone. I think Telegram will then figure out what to show the user...if this is not right then I'd like to have further information about this from Telegram admins.

- It is possible for a perfect template to display a date/time that is different from the original due to different timezones.
