Author is missing, though presented in clear way. This format is common for this site, for instance google [site:tomskpress.ru "автор алена"]. Fairly easy to parse it.

- But author for author name they doesn't use any special tag. Just <p> like another paragraphs
So they can write "Автор:" or "автор" or "Автор - " or "Автор статьи" or "Статья была написана:" etc
There are a thousand ways to write an author without any special tag
So I decided to leave the author as part of the article to avoid mistakes
