They (TopGear.com or Telegram IV engine) broke something with this specific review/page, and it's better no IV is generated. A lot of <meta> information is missing, some JS files that are usually included, some styling is missing. You can see that "&dollar;" is broken as well, in the subtitle.

This is an isolated case, and we shouldn't fix site specific problems with our templates.
