This is actually an essential part of the article, and information regarding to the article would be lost if you put this link in related tags, if it doesn't generate an IV. Also, sometimes there's additional information like price, as seen in this article, and overall verdict (rating) of the car which is lost if you put it in the related tags.
We had a similar issue before:

So, it's preferable to do it like I do it in this #32 template.
