- You very well know that until a couple of days ago, exactly three articles had their published_time set to 2020-01-01, so I set to show modified_time for them. They regularly change these articles (every year or so), so showing modified_time suits them. On all other articles I show meta published_time.

As we can see from the source, you put date here from <meta property="article:modified_time" content="2019-03-20T13:24:47+00:00">
instead of
<meta property="article:published_time" content="2019-02-17T00:01:00+00:00">
