There's no reason why this shouldn't be an IV.

"The competition" element can be shown elegantly.

"Find new and used cars" element/widget is an ad and should be removed.

We have unsupported embed here, so regarding on checklist we should not generate IV for such pages

I agreed that "competition" block can be supported by IV. But related links aren't suitable way to do this though.
