On this site, all the image captions are built through the tables, such tables can be identified by the class "content_image", hence the caption to the image should be in figcaption

- In this case it's technically incorrect to identify captions via tags.
It may harm all content. There's no specific class or attribute to identify caption itself. "content_image" class belongs to table itself while you formatted table as div because of image inside table. For particular case it's better to leave captions as it was in order to keep whole content safe
