- The IV checklist says having the date in the IV is obligatory for news publications. However, this is not a news publication. Rather, it is a wiki/knowledge base webpage. The date shown on the source page is "Last edited on", which is not really important to the reader. Furthermore, putting it as the date in the IV might give the suggestion that the article has been written on that date, which is not the case - it might have just been a minor edit.
