Because it's the search results page. Look at the URL and the title ("Risultati Indice Farmaci" = "Drug Index Results", "Ricerca" = "search", "Mometasone Furoato" is the search query; title: "FARMACI CORRISPONDENTI" = "CORRESPONDING DRUGS").

Also, if you go to https://www.torrinomedica.it/farmaci/ricercadbfarmaci/if_CercaFarmaco.asp, select "Sostanza" radio button, type "Mometasone Furoato" and click the search button, you will see this page. Probably there was some other form, but now https://www.torrinomedica.it/farmaci/RicercaDBfarmaci/ redirects to another form (which works nearly the same).
