The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Issue #3

This looks like an article which should be supported :
it has an author and a date, title reads "List of drugs with active ingredient: Omega 3 Polyenoic" and contains its own textual information.
It's a list of drugs and each drug is linked to its corresponding article, but there are also additional information about the drug here, it is *not* a typical "list of articles" page.
Preview information also evokes more a specific article than a category-article-list type of page.

Thus I think it qualifies as an article and should have an IV.

This is the index page that lists other pages. To be exact, this is a subindex of the main index. Please remove last part of the URL to get https://www.torrinomedica.it/farmaci/principi-attivi/. Then click on any link — you will get to one of pages that look like this one.

Despite having a date, these pages are very likely to be updated, since, as you said, this page lists all drugs with some ingredient. Unfortunately, this site editors choose page format very carelessly, so they can put dynamic pages into a category for static pages and vice versa.

Proof of my words — that this is seen as a dynamic page from the site's point of view — is the text "Effettua una nuova ricerca" ("Perform a new search") on the top and on the bottom — this means this page positions itself as a dynamic catalog page, not a static article.
