Whatever the decision on this issue will be I want to notice that Alex Orlov have enough experience not to do things like sending 3 identical issues in 10 minutes
(see also next issues, #3 and #4). But he do it. And he do it not the first time on this domain. It is a pity that there is no ban of any kind for such things.
