Page is updated in real time

- I think the page content is static.
I always see the same content on this page, even after cleaning the browser's cache.
Can you explain why?
I don't see any difference between the original and the preview...
Also, this page has the meta tag with "index, follow" that tell search engines that they can index the page.
This tag could also be here by a mistake from the site developers, but anyway how can you proof the content is dynamic?
