Did not process <p> in <blockquote> with just text in them.
Thats how TG IV is processing them.

I like your aproach, noted to myself to maybe use it in the future. Even though it is more on telegram's side to render <p> in <blockquote> this way.

And would not call it an issue.
The text is still fine to read.
