Although this block has "quote" class it doesn't look like a quote. Quotes are quoted from other source.
These are just list of features.
And on the original this more looks like just grey block.

You can format them as table or with <hr>.

The site uses class "quote" for all quotes, not only these large ones. It wouldn't be right to format all elements with class "quote" as tables or <hr>. It is fine to format this block as a quote to show that it is separate from the main text. The headers are in bold and there is appropriate spacing, so it does not look bad.
