This caption easy identifiable.
This is a <p> tag with <img> and <em> inside.
I make an a <figure> around img tag and than move wrapped with <figcaption> <em> tag inside figure.
Take a look to the article
"Ирина Рочева" and "Живой символ магазина — кролик Корней Иванович" does not related to the conversation in the article, but they are exists to describe the image.
I have checked several articles with the same formatting and everytime this works well
