Okay, i have to resubmit the issue with additional argumentation as there's not way to add comments to created issues.

I think that they are essential as the whole purpose of the page is about some special offer from some organization to members of the TT Club. While the preserved part is the description of that organization, the marked up blocks are the offer itself (which is essentially the main part of the article) and the contacts of the organization (which are essential if you want to accept the offer).
