Hmm. I still think these <mark>s aren't really great to be used here.
Look, this website uses blocks with .has-background-color as titles of article parts. Such titles are commonly known as 'headers'. It's better both semantically and visually to make these blocks match their purpose.

And one more thing: honestly, this formatting sucks when viewed in real Telegram clients.
