First, this isn't an author information section for articles on this website. They've included this text to the article body in unexpected way. The first two word of the selection is "name and surname" (and we don't know that is really an author name of the article or not, I think this is just the name of the person who reported it. It isn't the author name.) and third word is a city name; "Ankara" (this is where the news is reported). This isn't an expected author information for article pages on this website. You can check all other pages. Almost all other pages on this website have no same section/information (as author section). If you use this as author name, this is wrong because this most probably the name of the person who reported it, also you can get a problem on some pages like this one: http://www.turkiyegazetesi.com.tr/magazin/477895.aspx | Because, this page has a text with just strong/bold tag in the first paragraph too and there is no different class or id attributes or any
