You have not demonstrated a single case where the images are different, the image in all examples is also cropped differently.

The image is definitely different and meant for another usage.
They are not interchangeable as we please, also now they are similar now, but having nothing that links them (classes or other logical connections), in the future they could use completely different images.
Moreover it's not an error or an "once image".
