Date is not exact, without time

- I can not see any time information on the web page. According to IV rules, an essential content is defined to be something clearly visible on the webpage otherwise its not mandatory to render it in IV.

- If conflicting dates are stored in multiple places on the source page, preference should be given to the time that is visible to the ordinary user who views the page in a browser. This date does npt contains time.
