If you are going to say that year is not identifiable:
"If it's not possible to extract a correct year, the date must not be displayed at all." - admin

Wow, that's how it works, this is so obvious... Because
@datetime(0, "ru-RU", "dd MMMM y")
gives you 1970 if "y" is not available
