- actually this is not the same paragraph. "Jemu grozi dożywocie." is on the end of the second paragraph. it's also not wise to remove the first <em> wrapped in <p> after the lead because it contains various content. i couldnt find any other article with the same structure so i suppose the website editor made a mistake there
