i think this <div class="quote"> need different format, also if scroll down there is more of them and they are unlike standard paragraphs

Have no ideas how to format this block in IV. It's not blockquote, it's not aside. The only difference between these blocks and default paragraphs is a little bit more margin top & margin bottom. They look different only because of <span> with @style inside.
