missing author name and url

- It's not an author name, it's blog name. This specific blog named after its author, yes, but there is no way of knowing for sure, that's why my template ignores this field.
Example of blog, that's not named after its author:

If I didn't do that some IV would have nonsense string like
"%time% by ПИСЬМА О РОДИНЕ" (%time% by LETTERS ABOUT HOMELAND)
