image is skipped. should be image then related link as in my template. it is the most close to original page view

- This image is part of the <related> block (see horizontal dividers+code structure). It does not make sense if the related link is not available. And the link *is* available, it is still up to Telegram to generate some sort of preview. Images not supported in related blocks and should be removed.

- For <related> in actual mobile IV, it is similar to a link preview, where it can show title, desc, and image preview of the article link.
So only the link is needed for <related>. IV 2.0 will get the title / desc / image preview itself.
