It doesn't work "fine". It uses an unnecessary workaround.
Rule 6.4.2 says that you have three options:
1. Unsupported iframe
2. DIRECT url used as <video> src
3. @unsupported
This page contains neither supported iframe, nor <video> with direct url, so it should be @unsupported. Your link isn't even direct! It just leads to this unsupported iframe.
