- It's plain p/em without any attributes that allow to select it reliably.
It's bad idea to assume that each p/em after picture is figcaption — that would lead to unpredictable results.
Specialy for you I scraped 15k pages and found only three (!) pages where such formating is presented. This page, where it's used for captions and two other, where ...drum roll... your template fails.
