Missing slideshow is not an issue of a template, since URLs for images are not transformed into telesco.pe URLs.
Therefore, the whole IV page is broken.
Moreover, one could argue that slideshow is additional content, not essential.

"Больше фото" is a link to a related page and according to 6.3.2: "We will also not accept issues based on ‘further reading’ links being present."
