this is pullquote, not blockquote

- What content is missing on this page? Original article has tag <blockquote> and no any classes or something else that pointed to <pullquote>. In other pages when this site will use <blockquote> the serhii template will be making it to pullquote that is a big issue. If original has tag <blockquote> IV should use <blockquote>. It would be an other case if original <blockquote> had some classes or somthing else, that pointed to <pullquote>.

- We agree that the blockquote is not critical enough, but sadly, can't restore your template to the competition because it also has this issue:
