Paragraph missing

- Clear layout mistake in a 2016 article. class="read-also" is used for "Read also" ("Читайте також") blocks. As you can see, this text has a wrong size, and it is in a wrong position. It looks like it's below "Як повідомляв УНІАН..." paragraph, while it's actually above. It's not even some hacky way that the editor used to make small text, as there can be seen no intention for it; it's nothing but a mistake. And 99% there is no other article where this mistake can be found.
A reasonable guess would be that class="read-also" is a related article block and converting it to <related> would be safe. Every template creator here has made this guess, and as a result have the paragraph missing, including you. Is it something wrong with the templates? I don't think so. Does it make the template not perfect? Totally not.
