There is an Infogram widget on this page. It shouldn't generate.

But Infogram is scheduled for support in the future, so:
"If the unsupported widget has an iFrame version, make it into an <iframe>. If you do that, the IV page will not be generated due to unsupported content, but things will work out of the box if and when we support that widget."

Currently this widget isn't supported, so the page must not generate IV. Since it's just IV without content.

Note 6.4.4 Popular Widgets says there's no need to extract the content, if the widget is unsupported.
