I suppose your template is missing block of related articles. They can be found in the "По теме" block (@class="news-section") hence they are identifiable. Those articles are all directly connected to Skripals (just take a look at their titles), which makes them thematically related to the main one. Furthermore they are static enough - if you update the page, they won't change. So those articles are definitely related articles. According to Checklist, paragraph 6.3.2, they must me represented in IV: "It is obligatory to format “Related articles” <...>".

I think this page should generate IV. The only essential part of it is a static article-like block about a certain person hence according to 1.1 p. of Checklist this page needs IV.

You must mark @unsupported the unsupported embed and the content mustn't generate IV. UNSUPPORTED CONTENT Pages that display unsupported content (e.g. an interactive map widget) must not generate IVs.

The IV editor‘s ’Preview‘ section will always show the date/time in UTC format, while the ’Original' section may use a different time zone. It is possible for a perfect template to display a date/time that looks different than the original.
