Articles in <div class="news-list"> are related enough,
to be presented in related blocks.

I've checked topics, like footbol, hockey, worldnews.. each article has Related by topic links.

Seems as not related in most cases.

etc. I think that this block contains latest articles by very general tags and shouldn't be presented in IV.
