- Well, I believe these pages ARE for discussion. People ask questions and expect answers (for example, https://uznayvse.ru/forum/muzh-ostavil-menya-i-rebenka-bez-deneg.html, https://uznayvse.ru/forum/muzh-bolshe-ne-hochet-menya.html). That's what forums are for. Without discussion, these pages would be incomplete, so they shouldn't generate an IV.

It's called forum, yeah. But it's static article-like content, to post something here you have to submit your story using google forms (there's button on top) and wait until editorial stuff sees your story and decides if they like it/would post it.
So while its called forum its more just of a section for user-sent stories/letters. You can't freely post stuff, it's not for discussion (although there's comments block like any other article has).
