/film/.+ is different because there's complex rating element/system that takes half of screen, not single like button https://i.imgur.com/Wd6SUmR.png
Such rating is extremely valuable/can't be ignored on page with info about movie. For example some people decide if they're going to watch something solely by looking at ratings.
