Although this page not have IV, page title in link preview was hard removed by template's author (because correct <title> exists on this page). If any link is sent in TG, user will not be able to see what's this page about.

Checklist clearly says "It is advisable to generate correct link previews even for pages that do not generate an IV."
So this is not critical and winning template should not be declined because of it.
