- Sorry, but blockquote in Telegram IV doesn't understand images, so they will be all thrown below blockquote. This approach is better solution.

- If a blockquote has nested images, the blockquotes can be split up to start with those images, so that when the images are extracted from the blockquotes, order will still be preserved.
However, for this specific article page, these blockquotes do not have nested images. It seems that this template converts all blockquotes into a different format.
So this is a valid issue.

- To clarify the case with blockquotes that have nested images:
If a blockquote has nested img, you can @detach all nodes of that blockquote. Then you can @combine the blockquotes that do not have nested imgs.
This way the nested imgs would be separated from other blockquotes while image order can be preserved, and blockquotes without nested images will not be affected.
