Thanks a lot for submitting an improved version of your template. Please note that the main content of the page is a map with a list of addresses. This information is essential and it is lost in the IV, as well as the subtitle ("В списке из 113 адресов.."), so unfortunately the IV is still corrupted. Since the page can't be supported well in the IV mode now, it is better to generate no IV for it.
