Whereas the author link is optional, the time and date must be preserved under all circumstances - even when the only solution would be to also check meta tags.

Also Aleks' template shows that it's possible to include the date:

The wrong author name might come from a wrongly set tag on the page, but since this template will be declined because of the above issues, it might be worth looking into this aswell.
