Issue #1
Only icons should be converted to pic, since in IV you cannot open the pic in full screen. Here, a person may not see the data in the pictures and wants to increase, but will not be able as they are converted into a pic

- I converted the image into a pic in order to support pages like this:
https://versia.ru/na-golovnom-predpriyatii-goskorporacii-snova-nashli-shpiona
https://versia.ru/obvineniya-v-adres-dmitriya-medvedeva-vyzvali-neozhidannuyu-reakciyu

This site uses the image of the author in the blockquotes. I think this is an invalid issue, because it is impossible to reliably identify when blockquotes are used only to visually highlight the information in the article. In addition, if you open this page in the telegram app, everything is visible.

Also, these images are present in the slideshow at the beginning of the article. Therefore, if desired, the user can increase them in the slideshow.

- <pic> must not be used for regular images. Such images can't be open by tap or shared in the IV.
Images must be detached from blockquote.

- Well, template#54 has 3 headers in inline related blocks.

6.3.2.1. Formatting Related Articles
Headers
Only one header may be present for the block of related articles at the end of the page.
“Inline” blocks
You may leave “inline” related links in the middle the article. If you do, these <related> blocks must not have headers (unless the header contains critical information).
I'm sorry to write about it here. New rules published after the templates received the status checking.
